Narrative:
During a charter for air carrier zzy we found out that cargo and hazmat had shifted on the pallets while still on the pallets due to moderate and severe turbulence. The cargo was still contained by the nets. The load shift was discovered at block-in, while unloading the aircraft. The chief pilot and the director of operations at air carrier xyz were immediately notified and immediately put out a memo on load security. I think that the long duty day of the trip jfk-mex-mia-fll was a contributing factor to our load masters, not recognizing beforehand that the load was not secured tightly enough (fatigue).
