Narrative:
Best we can tell no airplanes were in the MOA, but the military had the airspace properly coordinated and was using it. Tmu never advised the sector. This has happened several times before. We don't paint the military aircraft in the hog MOA so we would not be able to issue imminent traffic. Fsm approach advised it was active.

Title: CTLR COMPLAINING THAT ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS HE WAS NOT NOTIFIED BY THE TMU A MOA WAS ACTIVE.
Narrative: BEST WE CAN TELL NO AIRPLANES WERE IN THE MOA, BUT THE MIL HAD THE AIRSPACE PROPERLY COORDINATED AND WAS USING IT. TMU NEVER ADVISED THE SECTOR. THIS HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE. WE DON'T PAINT THE MIL ACFT IN THE HOG MOA SO WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE IMMINENT TFC. FSM APCH ADVISED IT WAS ACTIVE.
