Slow climb to FL330, maximum weight for climb. Rate of climb at FL320, 0 FPM. Built up airspeed for continuance of climb. Should have told controller of slow climb, but got busy doing other duties. Stayed at FL320 longer than desired. Inactions: beautiful day, VMC, smooth air, not being attentive enough. ATC asked rate of climb, continued to FL330.
