Narrative:
Bonanza departed greensboro. Aircraft was issued 3000 ft initial climb out. Sector was combined and saturated. Other traffic sits diverted my attention away from this departure and aircraft was not climbed. Aircraft passed over antenna by 400 ft. New airspace confign in effect for 3 days. Fdio computer problems prevented fp strips on several aircraft, causing confusion. Supervisor unwilling to split position.

Title: NEW AIRSPACE IN EFFECT AT GSO CAUSED SOME CONFUSION RESULTING IN A DEP BEING CLRED INITIALLY TO 3000 FT AND NOT RECLRED TO CROSS ABOVE AN OBSTRUCTION.
Narrative: BONANZA DEPARTED GREENSBORO. ACFT WAS ISSUED 3000 FT INITIAL CLBOUT. SECTOR WAS COMBINED AND SATURATED. OTHER TFC SITS DIVERTED MY ATTN AWAY FROM THIS DEP AND ACFT WAS NOT CLBED.
