Narrative:
After the passenger passed out, we lowered her onto the floor and paged for a physician. Fortunately there were 2 on board. Flight attendant #1 was an outstanding assistant to doctors. The only real additional help would have been the equipment to use for monitoring purposes, if nothing else.

Title: AT CRUISE ON MD80S, PAX HAD HEART ATTACK. PHYSICIANS THAT HAPPENED TO BE ON BOARD ASSISTED ILL PAX.
Narrative: AFTER THE PAX PASSED OUT, WE LOWERED HER ONTO THE FLOOR AND PAGED FOR A PHYSICIAN. FORTUNATELY THERE WERE 2 ON BOARD. FLT ATTENDANT #1 WAS AN OUTSTANDING ASSISTANT TO DOCTORS. THE ONLY REAL ADDITIONAL HELP WOULD HAVE BEEN THE EQUIP TO USE FOR MONITORING PURPOSES, IF NOTHING ELSE.
