Narrative:
The first officer for this flight was junior manned, this off schedule flight to cle required the first officer to get 9 hours of rest on the ground. She called crew to attain a show time for the outbound flight. Crew scheduling gave an incorrect show time that resulted in an illegal flight due to inadequate rest. I was unable to reach crew scheduling that evening to confirm show time and rest requirements.

Title: FLC OF ATR42 IS GIVEN WRONG INFO FROM SCHEDULING WHICH RESULTS IN AN ILLEGAL FLT WITH INADEQUATE REST.
Narrative: THE FO FOR THIS FLT WAS JUNIOR MANNED, THIS OFF SCHEDULE FLT TO CLE REQUIRED THE FO TO GET 9 HRS OF REST ON THE GND. SHE CALLED CREW TO ATTAIN A SHOW TIME FOR THE OUTBOUND FLT. CREW SCHEDULING GAVE AN INCORRECT SHOW TIME THAT RESULTED IN AN ILLEGAL FLT DUE TO INADEQUATE REST. I WAS UNABLE TO REACH CREW SCHEDULING THAT EVENING TO CONFIRM SHOW TIME AND REST REQUIREMENTS.
