Narrative:
Engine lost power. I was forced to land on state highway. Contributing factor was water in fuel, which was checked on preflight by an ap mechanic 1 hour of flying time prior to takeoff. Incident occurred 10 mins after takeoff. Aircraft had been outside for 1 week prior to incident.

Title: SINGLE ENG ACFT EXECUTES FORCED LNDG AFTER PWR LOSS IN ALO AIRSPACE.
Narrative: ENG LOST PWR. I WAS FORCED TO LAND ON STATE HWY. CONTRIBUTING FACTOR WAS WATER IN FUEL, WHICH WAS CHKED ON PREFLT BY AN AP MECH 1 HR OF FLYING TIME PRIOR TO TKOF. INCIDENT OCCURRED 10 MINS AFTER TKOF. ACFT HAD BEEN OUTSIDE FOR 1 WK PRIOR TO INCIDENT.
