Narrative:
On jun/xy/98, the wet spline on aircraft xyz was drained and re-svced per work card. Engine was also svced with oil per work card and maintenance manual. I believe that engine oil had drained back into gear box cavity because engine required 5- 6 quarts of oil. When engine was started, oil was scavenged back into oil tank that had already been svced full per work card causing engine temperature to move into yellow arc.
