Narrative:
We were on the robbinsville one arrival for newark. We crossed smyrna VOR at FL190 with clearance to cross holey intersection at 11000 ft. I figured the distance to cross would take 25 mi, but I didn't define the point. At 44 DME from smyrna, arrival asked what our altitude was. We realized we were 10 mi from holey. We crossed holey at 11700 ft. I was having a hard time concentrating on navigation due to fatigue. The time was XX30 am. The previous 3 days, I had been in my deepest sleep at XX30 am.

I WAS HAVING A HARD TIME CONCENTRATING ON NAV DUE TO FATIGUE. THE TIME WAS XX30 AM. THE PREVIOUS 3 DAYS, I HAD BEEN IN MY DEEPEST SLEEP AT XX30 AM.
