Narrative:
Flight attendant #2 informed me that during taxi and safety demonstration a passenger reached for her and tried to reach up her dress. She called me on the intercom and told me he appeared to be intoxicated and smelled of alcohol. I called captain and after conferring with #2 on the phone, elected to go back to gate to have passenger removed. Company officials and gate agents talked with 'complaint resolution officer' and it was decided to have him removed. Local auths did not press charges at the time he was removed. Flight continued as normal. The man had carried on his own cocktail concealed in a coke container.
