Narrative:
From chs VOR we were cleared direct to ormond beach VOR. When we got to the VOR we were supposed to go outbound on the 176 degree radial. Due to a distraction of the flight attendant coming up to the flight deck with a problem, both the captain and I failed to realize we needed to intercept the 176 degree radial outbound. By the time we realized that we were off course, we were 10 mi out on the 215 degree radial. The controller told us to turn left to a heading of 150 degrees to reintercept the bitho seven arrival into orlando. As we were turning back we got a TA then an RA on another aircraft telling us to climb. We then noticed the other aircraft visually and decided to continue our descent. I believe there were 2 factors involved here. The obvious being the flight attendant distracting us. The other is the lack of situational awareness due to complacency from flying this trip 3 days in a row.

Title: A DC9 FLC FAILS TO FOLLOW THE ARR PROC OVER OMN, FL. IN THEIR 'STRAYING' FROM THE DESIRED COURSE THEY CREATE A POTENTIAL CONFLICT WITH ANOTHER ACFT.
Narrative: FROM CHS VOR WE WERE CLRED DIRECT TO ORMOND BEACH VOR. WHEN WE GOT TO THE VOR WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GO OUTBOUND ON THE 176 DEG RADIAL. DUE TO A DISTR OF THE FLT ATTENDANT COMING UP TO THE FLT DECK WITH A PROB, BOTH THE CAPT AND I FAILED TO REALIZE WE NEEDED TO INTERCEPT THE 176 DEG RADIAL OUTBOUND. BY THE TIME WE REALIZED THAT WE WERE OFF COURSE, WE WERE 10 MI OUT ON THE 215 DEG RADIAL. THE CTLR TOLD US TO TURN L TO A HDG OF 150 DEGS TO REINTERCEPT THE BITHO SEVEN ARR INTO ORLANDO. AS WE WERE TURNING BACK WE GOT A TA THEN AN RA ON ANOTHER ACFT TELLING US TO CLB. WE THEN NOTICED THE OTHER ACFT VISUALLY AND DECIDED TO CONTINUE OUR DSCNT. I BELIEVE THERE WERE 2 FACTORS INVOLVED HERE. THE OBVIOUS BEING THE FLT ATTENDANT DISTRACTING US. THE OTHER IS THE LACK OF SITUATIONAL AWARENESS DUE TO COMPLACENCY FROM FLYING THIS TRIP 3 DAYS IN A ROW.
