Narrative:

Given a frequency change from 126.15 to 127.7 and a descent, we began to comply when controller said 'where are you, air carrier X.' we were then told that we took a clearance which was intended for an air carrier Y aircraft and that we should immediately stop our descent at 11000 ft. We believe that the controller misspoke our identify number onto the clearance. We read back and he accepted it. We do not believe that there was a conflict.
