Narrative:

On bonvl 3 arrival into pdx, cleared approximately 80-90 mi out to cross rainr at or above 13000 ft and bonvl at and maintain 10000 ft and 250 KIAS. On descent we crossed rainr at about 12000 ft and continued descent to 10000 ft and 250 KTS at bonvl. I had actually passed through 13000 ft at about 50-55 mi out vice rainr which is at 45 mi. There was no conflict, or other aircraft on TCASII. ATC did not have any comment on our altitude. In ensuring the bonvl restr was met, we had accidentally missed the rainr restr. All terrain was clearly visible, and we were on the center of the 079 degree radial on the arrival.
