Narrative:
An F18 was instructed to report initial, runway 29. Pilot's target trails were observed on BRITE scope to be greater than 1/2 mi apart, more than 450 KTS. Someone better do something about the speed of these fighter type aircraft before someone gets killed. Just like a recent accident where the pilot of a military fgt was descending below 13000 ft before the pilot was established on the localizer. The supervisor verbally indicated to me that the military was on notice about the speed of these F18's. Apparently the word did not get around.
