Narrative:
While picking up the breakfast baskets, the cart bumped a passenger seat and the coffee pot tipped and spilled into the lap of the passenger. The passenger was startled awake. I asked him if he was ok, he just nodded. The #5 flight attendant stayed to assist him while I ran up to first class. I returned and offered him ice, towels and club soda and asked how we could help him. He said he didn't need anything and it wasn't that bad. Again I asked what we could do and suggested he should try the soda and towels to at least get the coffee out. He just smiled and waved me away. He smelled like alcohol. We continued to pick up. When we finished, I returned to see if he was all right. He laughed and said 'yeah, do you think I could get some more coffee for my pants.' I just smiled and went up to the mid galley. He came shortly after and asked if I could give him anything else to wear. I apologized again and said we didn't have anything for such cases, but I would see what I could do to clean him up. He said, 'well that will do,' and pointed at my topper. He turned and went to his seat. I again returned to his seat with soda and a towel. He refused to even try and said 'give me your pants. Or find me some new clothes.' I told him the club soda would remove the coffee and the towels would remove most of the liquid and it would dry quickly. The lady next to him said, 'yeah, right,' and that upset the passenger even more. He asked me if I would do it, and I said if it happened to me, and it has, I would do it, and it worked for me. He responded, 'if you get on your knees and pat it out, I'll be happy.' I ignored the remark the first 2 times then said let me get you a cleaning voucher, and I'll call ahead to make sure passenger service meets you to further accommodate you. He said 'no! Give me your pants.' I went to the flight deck and made sure about passenger service. When I got out into the first class galley, the #4 flight attendant informed us that the passenger had stopped him in the aisle and was belligerent and verbally threatening, wanted his pants and to see the captain. The passenger then came up to first class and using profanity demanded attention and to see the captain. The #1 flight attendant asked him to step out of the aisle. She quietly tried to calm him but he continued to demand everyone's pants, even hers (she was wearing a dress). The #1 flight attendant said a crew member can not give you their clothes. She tried to suggest the voucher and he said that's not accommodating. He then yelled and said if he couldn't get pants he would just go back to his seat and smoke a cigarette. The #1 flight attendant spoke to the captain and we both walked back to the passenger's seat. He was seated holding a cigarette and a lighter. The #1 flight attendant spoke to him trying to explain the penalty. He interrupted her and told her 'what do you think: you'll fine me $2000?' she attempted to get his name for passenger service. He refused and she handed him the cleaning voucher. He tossed it into the aisle. She asked for his name again and he irrationally yelled, 'you should know everyone's name on this plane.' she then handed him the passenger interference report which he refused. The #1 flight attendant leaned down to talk quietly and he just got belligerent and screamed, 'don't (cuss word) touch me, I want some (cuss word) pants.' the #1 flight attendant left, I followed. She got the captain. I returned to my duties in first class. We landed. He got off, asked my name on departure. I gave it to him and he wrote it down. I saw (through the 2L door) him being escorted away by the police. We gave our names to the police.

Title: AT CRUISE ON BOARD B757, PAX BECAME UNRULY, DISRUPTIVE AND THREATENING TO CREW. FLC HAD AUTHS MEET ACFT AT DEST.
Narrative: WHILE PICKING UP THE BREAKFAST BASKETS, THE CART BUMPED A PAX SEAT AND THE COFFEE POT TIPPED AND SPILLED INTO THE LAP OF THE PAX. THE PAX WAS STARTLED AWAKE. I ASKED HIM IF HE WAS OK, HE JUST NODDED. THE #5 FLT ATTENDANT STAYED TO ASSIST HIM WHILE I RAN UP TO FIRST CLASS. THE LADY NEXT TO HIM SAID, 'YEAH, RIGHT,' AND THAT UPSET THE PAX EVEN MORE. HE ASKED ME IF I WOULD DO IT, AND I SAID IF IT HAPPENED TO ME, AND IT HAS, I WOULD DO IT, AND IT WORKED FOR ME. HE RESPONDED, 'IF YOU GET ON YOUR KNEES AND PAT IT OUT, I'LL BE HAPPY.' I IGNORED THE REMARK THE FIRST 2 TIMES THEN SAID LET ME GET YOU A CLEANING VOUCHER, AND I'LL CALL AHEAD TO MAKE SURE PAX SVC MEETS YOU TO FURTHER ACCOMMODATE YOU. HE SAID 'NO! GIVE ME YOUR PANTS.' I WENT TO THE FLT DECK AND MADE SURE ABOUT PAX SVC. WHEN I GOT OUT INTO THE FIRST CLASS GALLEY, THE #4 FLT ATTENDANT INFORMED US THAT THE PAX HAD STOPPED HIM IN THE AISLE AND WAS BELLIGERENT AND VERBALLY THREATENING, WANTED HIS PANTS AND TO SEE THE CAPT. THE PAX THEN CAME UP TO FIRST CLASS AND USING PROFANITY DEMANDED ATTN AND TO SEE THE CAPT. THE #1 FLT ATTENDANT ASKED HIM TO STEP OUT OF THE AISLE. SHE QUIETLY TRIED TO CALM HIM BUT HE CONTINUED TO DEMAND EVERYONE'S PANTS, EVEN HERS (SHE WAS WEARING A DRESS). THE #1 FLT ATTENDANT SAID A CREW MEMBER CAN NOT GIVE YOU THEIR CLOTHES. SHE TRIED TO SUGGEST THE VOUCHER AND HE SAID THAT'S NOT ACCOMMODATING. HE THEN YELLED AND SAID IF HE COULDN'T GET PANTS HE WOULD JUST GO BACK TO HIS SEAT AND SMOKE A CIGARETTE. THE #1 FLT ATTENDANT SPOKE TO THE CAPT AND WE BOTH WALKED BACK TO THE PAX'S SEAT. HE WAS SEATED HOLDING A CIGARETTE AND A LIGHTER. THE #1 FLT ATTENDANT SPOKE TO HIM TRYING TO EXPLAIN THE PENALTY. HE INTERRUPTED HER AND TOLD HER 'WHAT DO YOU THINK: YOU'LL FINE ME $2000?' SHE ATTEMPTED TO GET HIS NAME FOR PAX SVC. HE REFUSED AND SHE HANDED HIM THE CLEANING VOUCHER. HE TOSSED IT INTO THE AISLE. SHE ASKED FOR HIS NAME AGAIN AND HE IRRATIONALLY YELLED, 'YOU SHOULD KNOW EVERYONE'S NAME ON THIS PLANE.' SHE THEN HANDED HIM THE PAX INTERFERENCE RPT WHICH HE REFUSED. THE #1 FLT ATTENDANT LEANED DOWN TO TALK QUIETLY AND HE JUST GOT BELLIGERENT AND SCREAMED, 'DON'T (CUSS WORD) TOUCH ME, I WANT SOME (CUSS WORD) PANTS.' THE #1 FLT ATTENDANT LEFT, I FOLLOWED. SHE GOT THE CAPT. I RETURNED TO MY DUTIES IN FIRST CLASS. WE LANDED. HE GOT OFF, ASKED MY NAME ON DEP. I GAVE IT TO HIM AND HE WROTE IT DOWN. I SAW (THROUGH THE 2L DOOR) HIM BEING ESCORTED AWAY BY THE POLICE. WE GAVE OUR NAMES TO THE POLICE.
