Narrative:
IMC and moderate rain. We were struck twice on left side of aircraft by lightning. Lost stabilizer trim #1 and #2, yaw damper #1 and #2 and rudder #1 and #2 and autoplt. Landed mke with no incident. Tower notified fire/rescue to meet aircraft.

Title: LIGHTNING STRIKES TO A FOKKER 100, FK10, DURING DSCNT AND APCH CAUSED FAILURE OF THE ACFT STABILIZER TRIM, YAW DAMPER, RUDDER TRIM SYS AND THE AUTOPLT. THE FLC LANDED SAFELY AND WERE MET BY EMER GND PERSONNEL AND VEHICLES.
