Narrative:

When performing maintenance of aircraft xyz I neglected to fully deflate tire that I had removed. It was static at 50 psi, reduced from 160 psi. At no time were any aircraft or persons in danger. The FAA safety inspector found it in our store room. The maintenance manual I printed from our computer library neglected to show/print the note regarding deflation noting icing may occur so it may take several hours for this item to deflate properly.
