Title: ARTCC RADAR CTLR DOES NOT OBSERVE AUTO HDOF TO OTHER THAN INTENDED ARTCC CTL SECTOR, AND XFERS COM TO INTENDED ARTCC SECTOR WITHOUT AN AUTOMATED HDOF.
