Narrative:
Sdq airport. Birds crossed the takeoff path on takeoff rotation. No impact was felt. Looked for indications of strike. Engine indications normal. #1 flight attendant reported engine noise. Wrote up possible bird strike on airframe or #2 engine and requested inspection. Upon inspection maintenance found strike on fan blade, #2 engine. Aircraft taken OTS.

Title: A DEPARTING A300 ON TKOF FROM SDQ, FO, EXPERIENCES A BIRD STRIKE WHEN FLYING THROUGH A FLOCK OF BIRDS AT ROTATION.
Narrative: SDQ ARPT. BIRDS CROSSED THE TKOF PATH ON TKOF ROTATION. NO IMPACT WAS FELT. LOOKED FOR INDICATIONS OF STRIKE. ENG INDICATIONS NORMAL. #1 FLT ATTENDANT RPTED ENG NOISE.
