Narrative:

On final, I turned off force trim control and inadvertently, turned off fuel valve to engine #1. Valve and force trim switches are 4 inches apart. Performed standard single engine run on landing and restarted engine #1, no problem with engine #2. Fuel valves need covers to prevent mistakes.
