Narrative:

Pushback clearance was received from apron control at approximately XX55 local. After engine start, we called for taxi and were instructed to taxi to the north side of the ramp to hold short of taxiway east. This clearance being received at approximately XX58 local. As we approached taxiway east, we noticed an A320 approaching from the opposite direction. Ramp control told us that the airbus was holding for us and to continue taxiing. Thus, we did and subsequently were switched to ground control who told us that we taxied across runway 10/28 without clearance. Upon reaching our departure runway we were given a phone number to call. The flight continued routinely afterwards. During the phone conversation with the supervisor he told us that the airbus had also crossed the runway without clearance and was perplexed at how this could happen twice in a row.
