Narrative:

Upon landing and taxiing off active runway, pilot requested progressive taxi instructions to FBO. Ground control advised 'take first right.' after taking first right and veering left (on taxi line), I had to taxi behind 3 rows of tied down aircraft. As I continued to taxi, I noticed the taxi/yellow line was dissipating. My right wingtip contacted a C310 rudder. Upon inspection of minor damage to both aircraft, C310 was 51 inches sticking out behind tie-down lines. It might be helpful for the airport either to widen the taxi area or shut it off completely.
