Narrative:
I was PIC on aircraft X, a king air A90. I dropped a group of skydivers. One of the parachutists ended up using his reserve parachute and landed out of the normal landing area. C182 had to take evasive action. The C182 pilot needs to maintain greater vigilance for skydivers.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: ONE OF A GROUP OF SKYDIVERS WAS REQUIRED TO USE HIS RESERVE CHUTE AND DRIFTED OUTSIDE OF THE DROP ZONE. THIS RESULTED IN A C182 TAKING EVASIVE ACTION TO AVOID THE SKYDIVER.
