Narrative:

Air carrier xx B757 was cleared to land runway 35C with restr to hold short of taxiway ej on landing roll. He did not read back the hold short instructions. This is happening on a regular basis with air carrier pilots. I believe it's their way of protesting the fact that they don't like lahso procedures. If they don't want to accept the clearance, then they need to say so -- not just ignore it. This behavior greatly increases the potential for system errors.
