Narrative:

It was dark. I was taxiing from a large ramp area onto a lighted taxiway when my strobe light and running lights were reflected on an unlighted barrier across the taxiway. It was a sawhorse type barrier. I was right on top of it when I saw it with no hope of stopping. I ran completely over it. I went back to the FBO and called the assistant airport manager. He said the battery must have run down or the sensor might be bad. He said the NOTAMS said that taxiway was closed. The damage has not been determined yet. All 6 propeller blades were damaged.
