Narrative:
On a visual approach to runway 7 at tol inside the FAF, the leading edge devices did not extend. We did a left 360 degree turn, ran the appropriate checklist, and landed uneventfully. No damage to the aircraft, nor injuries to any person. We did not declare an emergency.

Title: FLC OF A CARGO B727-200 LANDED WITHOUT THE WING LEADING EDGE SLATS EXTENDED SINCE THEY DID NOT EXTEND DURING FLAP DOWN OPS PRIOR TO LNDG. THE LNDG, AFTER A 360 DEG GAR, WAS ACCOMPLISHED SUCCESSFULLY.
Narrative: ON A VISUAL APCH TO RWY 7 AT TOL INSIDE THE FAF, THE LEADING EDGE DEVICES DID NOT EXTEND. WE DID A L 360 DEG TURN, RAN THE APPROPRIATE CHKLIST, AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. NO DAMAGE TO THE ACFT, NOR INJURIES TO ANY PERSON. WE DID NOT DECLARE AN EMER.
