Narrative:
I was flying from kiana to noorvik on a scheduled part 135 flight. On arriving at noorvik, I placed the aircraft in landing confign (with exception of the gear) in preparation for landing. On final approach, I heard a warning horn but thought it was the stall warning horn. After checking the airspeed, attitude, power setting, and reassessing my approach path, I determined that a stall was an unlikely event and continued the approach to its unfortunate result -- a gear up landing. The reason I had concluded that it was the stall horn and not the gear horn was that I had been flying through rain showers and the stall vane will sometimes leak and short out, giving a false indication. I probably missed the gear handle position and the 3 green lights in my quick assessment because I had an approach plate clipped to my yoke blocking my view. I normally put the gear down abeam my landing site or earlier. My pre-landing check consists of pointing at the items on my checklist to check their position. Neither of these items was completed. This is an incident as the damage was limited to the inboard trailing edge of the flaps, 2 bent propellers from ground damage, and some scrapes underneath the nose. The aircraft was given new propellers, issued a ferry permit, and flown to base for further inspection and repairs.

Title: PLT OF AN ATX PIPER PA31-350 NAVAJO, FORGOT TO PUT THE GEAR DOWN AND LANDED GEAR UP CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE TRAILING EDGE OF THE WING FLAPS AND THE PROPS.
Narrative: I WAS FLYING FROM KIANA TO NOORVIK ON A SCHEDULED PART 135 FLT. ON ARRIVING AT NOORVIK, I PLACED THE ACFT IN LNDG CONFIGN (WITH EXCEPTION OF THE GEAR) IN PREPARATION FOR LNDG. ON FINAL APCH, I HEARD A WARNING HORN BUT THOUGHT IT WAS THE STALL WARNING HORN. AFTER CHKING THE AIRSPD, ATTITUDE, PWR SETTING, AND REASSESSING MY APCH PATH, I DETERMINED THAT A STALL WAS AN UNLIKELY EVENT AND CONTINUED THE APCH TO ITS UNFORTUNATE RESULT -- A GEAR UP LNDG. THE REASON I HAD CONCLUDED THAT IT WAS THE STALL HORN AND NOT THE GEAR HORN WAS THAT I HAD BEEN FLYING THROUGH RAIN SHOWERS AND THE STALL VANE WILL SOMETIMES LEAK AND SHORT OUT, GIVING A FALSE INDICATION.
