Narrative:
Cleared to land runway 32 sts. Told to turn off taxiway B. Asked destination. Told to monitor 121.9 and taxi. (Ground received in tower out?) right turn to parallel taxiway south to the only access taxiway, then left turn. Must taxi uphill, which may have restr visibility on access. This is a tower non visibility area. Construction in progress, access just repaved, no yellow line. Access taxiway marked on right by several 4 ft high plastic rods, on left by hangars set at 45 degrees. Truck was facing me in right side of taxiway. My wingtip scraped truck, damaged wingtip. When exiting the plane to inspect damage, the driver was standing next to the truck, apparently just arrived while I was avoiding hangar edges on left.
