Narrative:
After wheelchair passenger mrs X boarded, I observed her being loud, demanding and argumentative over the whereabouts of her garment bag and seat assignment with other main cabin flight attendants. I personally looked for her garment bag and advised the purser that we had a problematic passenger in the main cabin. I started to close overhead bins for departure. After closing the bin above seat xa, mrs X scolded me and made some comment over 'it being my fault,' finger motioned me to come closer, and she slapped me across my left cheek. I stared at her motionless and in disbelief, proceeded to the forward entry door, where I notified ground personnel and they removed her from the flight. I have a witness seated nearby. I believe the passenger should never have been boarded. She was causing trouble in the gate area where someone should have taken authority/authorized over the situation and denied her boarding. Other passenger had advised me of the situation in the lounge area. I understand company put her on another air carrier.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT RPT REGARDING A DISRUPTIVE AND AGGRESSIVE PAX WHO PRIOR TO DEP SLAPPED THE FLT ATTENDANT IN THE FACE. PAX WAS REMOVED FROM THE FLT.
Narrative: AFTER WHEELCHAIR PAX MRS X BOARDED, I OBSERVED HER BEING LOUD, DEMANDING AND ARGUMENTATIVE OVER THE WHEREABOUTS OF HER GARMENT BAG AND SEAT ASSIGNMENT WITH OTHER MAIN CABIN FLT ATTENDANTS. I PERSONALLY LOOKED FOR HER GARMENT BAG AND ADVISED THE PURSER THAT WE HAD A PROBLEMATIC PAX IN THE MAIN CABIN. I STARTED TO CLOSE OVERHEAD BINS FOR DEP. AFTER CLOSING THE BIN ABOVE SEAT XA, MRS X SCOLDED ME AND MADE SOME COMMENT OVER 'IT BEING MY FAULT,' FINGER MOTIONED ME TO COME CLOSER, AND SHE SLAPPED ME ACROSS MY L CHEEK. I STARED AT HER MOTIONLESS AND IN DISBELIEF, PROCEEDED TO THE FORWARD ENTRY DOOR, WHERE I NOTIFIED GND PERSONNEL AND THEY REMOVED HER FROM THE FLT. I HAVE A WITNESS SEATED NEARBY. I BELIEVE THE PAX SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN BOARDED. SHE WAS CAUSING TROUBLE IN THE GATE AREA WHERE SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE TAKEN AUTH OVER THE SIT AND DENIED HER BOARDING. OTHER PAX HAD ADVISED ME OF THE SIT IN THE LOUNGE AREA. I UNDERSTAND COMPANY PUT HER ON ANOTHER ACR.
