Narrative:
Cleveland approach routes an aircraft through akron-canton approach airspace direct tvt at 7000 ft, which is a violation to our LOA. They must route via direct aco at 5000 ft and 7000 ft, not tvt. Cleveland approach was advised of this and nothing is being done. I was working the radar at the time.

Narrative: CLEVELAND APCH ROUTES AN ACFT THROUGH AKRON-CANTON APCH AIRSPACE DIRECT TVT AT 7000 FT, WHICH IS A VIOLATION TO OUR LOA. THEY MUST RTE VIA DIRECT ACO AT 5000 FT AND 7000 FT, NOT TVT. CLEVELAND APCH WAS ADVISED OF THIS AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE. I WAS WORKING THE RADAR AT THE TIME.
