Narrative:
Turned opposite direction on taxiway a departing cargo area. Confused since cleared opposite direction from normal routing to runway 25L for takeoff. Ground control very busy and clearance misunderstood. No conflict with other aircraft, but ended up at wrong spot from where ground control had wanted us.

Title: AN A300 FREIGHTER CREW GETS DISORIENTED DURING THEIR CLRNC INTERP AND END UP IN A PLACE WHERE GND CTL DID NOT EXPECT THEM TO BE.
Narrative: TURNED OPPOSITE DIRECTION ON TXWY A DEPARTING CARGO AREA. CONFUSED SINCE CLRED OPPOSITE DIRECTION FROM NORMAL ROUTING TO RWY 25L FOR TKOF. GND CTL VERY BUSY AND CLRNC MISUNDERSTOOD. NO CONFLICT WITH OTHER ACFT, BUT ENDED UP AT WRONG SPOT FROM WHERE GND CTL HAD WANTED US.
