Narrative:
It was the captain's leg and I called his attention to his altitude and descent rate twice and he did nothing. He missed the crossing restr. His comment was, 'hell, I was descending 2500 FPM.'

Title: CAPT OF A DASSAULT FALCON 50 DA50 UNDERSHOT DSCNT RESULTING IN NOT MEETING A XING ALT FIX RESTR. THE RPTING FO CAUTIONED THE CAPT AHEAD OF TIME AS HE ANTICIPATED THE CAPT WOULD NOT MEET THE RESTR.
Narrative: IT WAS THE CAPT'S LEG AND I CALLED HIS ATTN TO HIS ALT AND DSCNT RATE TWICE AND HE DID NOTHING. HE MISSED THE XING RESTR. HIS COMMENT WAS, 'HELL, I WAS DSNDING 2500 FPM.'
