Narrative:
When I reported to tower controller on downwind to runway 24 at isp, I was told I was #3 following a plane on right base to final. I saw #1 on short final then #2 over the power lines about 3 mi out. I reported to tower that I had plane on final over power lines. As I turned final, the tower said keep up speed as faster plane is behind, so I did. On short final, tower told other plane to go around. From below and to my right a cutlass suddenly appeared bringing up his gear and turning to right side of runway for go around. I veered left then returned to final and landed without incident. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter states that she was giving student instruction at the time. She estimates the altitude of the occurrence at 300 ft AGL.

CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATES THAT SHE WAS GIVING STUDENT INSTRUCTION AT THE TIME. SHE ESTIMATES THE ALT OF THE OCCURRENCE AT 300 FT AGL.
