Narrative:

Aircraft #2 (air carrier Y) was en route at FL200. After check on frequency, this aircraft experienced a stuck microphone. I could tell it was him because he was the only propeller aircraft and we could hear propeller backgnd noise. While trying to get a different frequency, aircraft continued to depart cvg. I told cvg approach to climb aircraft #1 (air carrier X) to FL190. I then asked the next controller to work this aircraft #1 through my sector. Also, aircraft #1 was his control for further climb respect aircraft #2. The other controller apparently dropped the data block of aircraft #2 and climbed aircraft #1 through him. It looked like aircraft #1 leveled a bit (TCASII) at FL197 until clear of aircraft #2. This whole event took place because of a stuck microphone with aircraft #2. When the microphone became unstuck, I told pilot of the incident then switched him to next frequency. The pilot showed up there and had a stuck microphone there, too!

Title: A B757 WAS ALLOWED TO CLB THROUGH AN ALT OCCUPIED BY A CV58 WITH A STUCK MIKE. THE B757 WAS BEING WORKED BY ANOTHER CTLR DUE TO THE BLOCKED FREQ. LOSS OF SEPARATION OCCURRED.

Narrative: ACFT #2 (ACR Y) WAS ENRTE AT FL200. AFTER CHK ON FREQ, THIS ACFT EXPERIENCED A STUCK MIKE. I COULD TELL IT WAS HIM BECAUSE HE WAS THE ONLY PROP ACFT AND WE COULD HEAR PROP BACKGND NOISE. WHILE TRYING TO GET A DIFFERENT FREQ, ACFT CONTINUED TO DEPART CVG. I TOLD CVG APCH TO CLB ACFT #1 (ACR X) TO FL190. I THEN ASKED THE NEXT CTLR TO WORK THIS ACFT #1 THROUGH MY SECTOR. ALSO, ACFT #1 WAS HIS CTL FOR FURTHER CLB RESPECT ACFT #2. THE OTHER CTLR APPARENTLY DROPPED THE DATA BLOCK OF ACFT #2 AND CLBED ACFT #1 THROUGH HIM. IT LOOKED LIKE ACFT #1 LEVELED A BIT (TCASII) AT FL197 UNTIL CLR OF ACFT #2. THIS WHOLE EVENT TOOK PLACE BECAUSE OF A STUCK MIKE WITH ACFT #2. WHEN THE MIKE BECAME UNSTUCK, I TOLD PLT OF THE INCIDENT THEN SWITCHED HIM TO NEXT FREQ. THE PLT SHOWED UP THERE AND HAD A STUCK MIKE THERE, TOO!
