No paperwork for remove and reinstall of borescope plugs and gear box cover for hourly reinspect request. Without having paperwork to perform back check there is a possibility that the plugs or gear box collar could be left out.

Title: A B757-200 DURING #1 ENG BORESCOPE INSPECTION IT WAS NOTED THE JOB CARD HAD NO PROC OR SIGNOFF FOR THE BORESCOPE PLUG REMOVAL AND REINSTALLATION.
Narrative: NO PAPERWORK FOR REMOVE AND REINSTALL OF BORESCOPE PLUGS AND GEAR BOX COVER FOR HRLY REINSPECT REQUEST. WITHOUT HAVING PAPERWORK TO PERFORM BACK CHK THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT THE PLUGS OR GEAR BOX COLLAR COULD BE LEFT OUT.
