Narrative:
While making visual approach and broadcasting position and intentions on CTAF, DA10 turns base to final runway 1 rutland, vt. While lining up on final, DA10 passes 150- 250 ft below T6 which had not been seen or heard prior to final. Runway 31 favored by low performance aircraft. T6 probably departing left downwind runway 31 with no communication.
