Narrative:
We were flying along V295 from vero beach to virginia key VOR. But due to some traffic alerts from ATC and the fact that our TCASII was not working properly, we got distraction. We encountered an area covered by clouds and that perhaps made us deviation from intercepting the 018 degree radial from vkz VOR to continue on V295. We probably should have requested to continue in radar vectors.
