Narrative:
The aircraft with 2 pilots aboard was returning from a flight training mission. The aircraft was returning from quincy, il, and was en route to make a landing at sus airport. While heading sse at 5500 ft MSL, the pilots were distraction with training discussions, and inadvertently flew into a portion of the st louis class B airspace. Immediately upon noticing the incursion, the PIC turned to a west heading and descended to depart and remain clear class B airspace. No other aircraft were sighted, and no danger was present. Pilots were monitoring the stl approach control frequency, and heard no mention of any traffic conflicts in the class B airspace. Cause of the problem: pilots became distraction during their discussions and failed to maintain positional awareness. To prevent a recurrence: pilots should always maintain positional awareness and guard against distrs. Pilots should contact approach control facilities while en route for vectors, altitudes, and TA's around class B airspace.

Title: TRAINING FLT OF A BE36 HAS CLASS B AIRSPACE INCURSION. THEY EXIT THE AREA IMMEDIATELY ON DISCOVERING THE PROB.
Narrative: THE ACFT WITH 2 PLTS ABOARD WAS RETURNING FROM A FLT TRAINING MISSION. THE ACFT WAS RETURNING FROM QUINCY, IL, AND WAS ENRTE TO MAKE A LNDG AT SUS ARPT. WHILE HDG SSE AT 5500 FT MSL, THE PLTS WERE DISTR WITH TRAINING DISCUSSIONS, AND INADVERTENTLY FLEW INTO A PORTION OF THE ST LOUIS CLASS B AIRSPACE. IMMEDIATELY UPON NOTICING THE INCURSION, THE PIC TURNED TO A W HDG AND DSNDED TO DEPART AND REMAIN CLR CLASS B AIRSPACE. NO OTHER ACFT WERE SIGHTED, AND NO DANGER WAS PRESENT. PLTS WERE MONITORING THE STL APCH CTL FREQ, AND HEARD NO MENTION OF ANY TFC CONFLICTS IN THE CLASS B AIRSPACE.
