Narrative:
As we were cruising wbound at FL310, it seemed to have been a long time since we heard anyone on the radio. We queried ZAB with no response. After trying 2 frequencys listed on the high chart, we raised the center. They sent us to ZDV at about 30 mi east of fmn. Nothing was said as to our being out of touch with ATC.
