Narrative:
On oct/xa/98, aircraft xyz, I was sent out by my crew chief to MEL a trim air valve and deactivate it as per the MEL. I deactivated the pack temperature control valve in error.

Title: A B757-200 WAS DISPATCHED WITH THE INCORRECT AIR CONDITIONING PACK VALVE DEFERRED AS INOP IN CONFLICT WITH THE MEL.
Narrative: ON OCT/XA/98, ACFT XYZ, I WAS SENT OUT BY MY CREW CHIEF TO MEL A TRIM AIR VALVE AND DEACTIVATE IT AS PER THE MEL. I DEACTIVATED THE PACK TEMP CTL VALVE IN ERROR.
