Narrative:

At XX35 in level cruise flight, rear flight nurse stated they could hear a slight flapping noise. PIC elected to land at the closest airport (ZZZ, us) 3 mi away. Upon landing, PIC found 2 of the 4 fuel access door latches not secure. After securing (all) latches, aircraft was found to have no damage. Flight was resumed to ZZZ, us. Must ensure fueling of aircraft be under better supervision.

Title: NURSE DURING AN EMS FLT IN AN A109C MAX TWIN HELI HEARD FLAPPING NOISE AND NOTIFIED PLT WHO DIVERTED TO LAND TO FIND CAUSE. POSTFLT INSPECTION FOUND THAT 2 OF THE 4 FUEL ACCESS DOORS WERE UNLATCHED AND OPENED. THE DOORS WERE CLOSED PROPERLY, AND SINCE NO DAMAGE WAS OBSERVED, THE FLT CONTINUED TO DEST.

UPON LNDG, PIC FOUND 2 OF THE 4 FUEL ACCESS DOOR LATCHES NOT SECURE. AFTER SECURING (ALL) LATCHES, ACFT WAS FOUND TO HAVE NO DAMAGE. FLT WAS RESUMED TO ZZZ, US. MUST ENSURE FUELING OF ACFT BE UNDER BETTER SUPERVISION.
