Narrative:

Everything normal until takeoff roll. Right engine did not show normal fuel flow. I aborted takeoff and ran engine up to ensure full power was being developed by right engine. During second takeoff, I felt fuel flow was better, but during climb out and leveloff, fuel flow still 1/2 of normal. I pulled back mixture 2 notches and engine started to quit. I went back to full rich and back to airport. Landed without problems.
