Narrative:
Cruise descent at approximately 2.6 NM north of E68, encountered a glider head-on. First saw glider at about 45 degrees above horizon. No time for evasive action. My speed was 105 KTS, course 060 degrees. Estimated closure speed approximately 180+ KTS. Glider was white, sky was slightly (thin) overcast.
