Cleared VOR/DME GPS 29 approach via 15 DME arc, cleared to 5000 ft and 9 DME. On 111 degree radial of VOR while on arc, then cleared to 7 DME on 111 degree radial of VOR. At 11 DME, cleared for approach and change to tower. Tower advise continue approach with landing clearance to follow. At or above 500 ft AGL, tower advised all aircraft to make missed approachs.
