Narrative:
Filed on the bunts 1 arrival to phl, cleared direct to har. Then, given 'cross 40 mi west at FL260.' clearance received too late to build fix and cross it at FL260. If we were given a published fix to cross on the arrival, there would not have been any problem.

Narrative: FILED ON THE BUNTS 1 ARR TO PHL, CLRED DIRECT TO HAR. THEN, GIVEN 'CROSS 40 MI W AT FL260.' CLRNC RECEIVED TOO LATE TO BUILD FIX AND CROSS IT AT FL260. IF WE WERE GIVEN A PUBLISHED FIX TO CROSS ON THE ARR, THERE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY PROB.
