Narrative:
As we were approaching cou airport, cleared for the visual, the captain failed to slow to 200 KTS for class D. I was busy identing the navaids for the ILS runway 2, as we were going to use it to back up the visual to runway 2, when I again looked at our distance from the airport. Since we were in cou airspace and doing better than 200 KTS, I advised the captain and he slowed down. Our inadvertent airspeed violation did not cause any problems for the tower or class D airspace.
