Narrative:
Aircraft X sebound at FL210 and aircraft Y nwbound at FL200. I descend aircraft X to FL190 and conflict alert went off. Aircraft Y asked for lower due to chop so I descended him to FL180 and turned him north. Aircraft Y didn't immediately turn and I turned him again and turned aircraft X west. They came to 3.2 mi and 700 ft.
