Aircraft #1 landing cxy runway 30. Aircraft #1 landed runway 30 at XA13 without incident. Pilot of aircraft #1 called me on phone to tell me that he hit an object while on base leg to runway 30. Appreciable damage to aircraft! Human error. Altimeter setting. WX no factor.
