Narrative:
I issued air carrier X clearance to land runway 36R hold short of runway 5 for departing traffic. Air carrier X read back this clearance. I issued air carrier Y clearance to land runway 36R hold short runway 5. Air carrier Y said unable hold short. I cleared air carrier Y to land full length runway 36R. While on landing roll, air carrier X read back air carrier Y's clearance. I thought air carrier Y read it back. I cleared air carrier Z for takeoff runways. Air carrier X rolled through the runway 36R and runway's intersection underneath air carrier Z.
