Narrative:
I am not able to see taxiway east in the vicinity of taxiway ez. They have built a new crash fire rescue equipment building and it has impaired my vision behind the building. I have called macon FSS to see if there is a letter to airmen. They reported nothing. I asked the air traffic manager, who said that is not his responsibility but the savannah airport commission safety representative's. However, if something does happen on the taxiway, the controller's problem?

Title: ATCT CTLR AT SAV STATES THAT A NEW CFR BUILDING ON THE ARPT BLOCKS THE TWR'S VIEW OF A PART OF TXWY E.
Narrative: I AM NOT ABLE TO SEE TXWY E IN THE VICINITY OF TXWY EZ. THEY HAVE BUILT A NEW CFR BUILDING AND IT HAS IMPAIRED MY VISION BEHIND THE BUILDING. I HAVE CALLED MACON FSS TO SEE IF THERE IS A LETTER TO AIRMEN. THEY RPTED NOTHING. I ASKED THE AIR TFC MGR, WHO SAID THAT IS NOT HIS RESPONSIBILITY BUT THE SAVANNAH ARPT COMMISSION SAFETY REPRESENTATIVE'S. HOWEVER, IF SOMETHING DOES HAPPEN ON THE TXWY, THE CTLR'S PROB?
